Dr. Jess Ghannam is a human rights activist and professor at UCSF. He lectures, writes, and conducts research on the health effects of war and occupation in Palestine and in the Arab World, where he travels frequently.
Jamal Dajani is a Peabody Award-winning news producer, journalist, filmmaker and media development expert. He formerly held the position of Vice President of Middle East and North Africa at Internews, an international non-profit media development organization. After Internews, Dajani was the Director of the Palestine Government Media Center, based in Ramallah. Dajani was also Vice President of International News at Link TV where he co-created and produced more than 2,000 installments of Mosaic: World News from the Middle East, winner of the prestigious Peabody Award. He is currently a Lecturer at San Francisco State University and working on publishing a book.
